Delete your Lotra account

Request permanent deletion of your Lotra account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

This action is permanent after verification. We will remove your account, profile, group memberships, live location records, notification data, and other personal data tied to the account. Sent message text is replaced with "Message deleted" for conversation continuity. Nothing is deleted until you verify with a linked provider or by email and complete the final confirmation.

What happens to your data?

Deleted: Account, profile, group memberships, live location records, push tokens, and notifications.
Anonymized: Sent messages become "Message deleted", and deleted-user references become "Deleted user".
Retained briefly: Scrubbed deletion request audit records, SOS metadata, and security or operational logs where required.

Verify with a linked account

This is the fastest option. Apple authorization is required when Apple is linked so its access can be revoked.

What happens next?

Submit the email address used for your account.
If the email is linked to an account, we send a confirmation email.
Open the email link and type DELETE on the final confirmation page to process the deletion request.

Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational logs.
