These terms explain the rules for using Lotra. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful personal safety, group coordination, and messaging.

Use of the service

Lotra helps users coordinate groups, share live location when enabled, send messages, and create SOS alerts. You are responsible for the information you provide and for using these features in a respectful and lawful way.

Location and safety features

Live Location and SOS features are designed to support group safety, but they are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Accounts and groups

You must use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Group owners and admins are responsible for managing group membership appropriately.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lotra to harass, track, impersonate, threaten, spam, violate another person's privacy, or break the law. We may suspend or remove access if the service is abused.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion at /delete-account. Deletion is permanent after confirmation and is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We work to keep Lotra reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
